These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of premiumpractice.co and any related pages, trainings, events, and programs (together, the "Services") offered by Premium Practice ("Premium Practice," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services, registering for an event, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Premium Practice provides education and business training for licensed dental professionals, including free live trainings, paid sessions, and program enrollment. Access details for live events are delivered to the email address you provide at registration.
All content provided through the Services is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, clinical, or financial advice, and it does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or advisory relationship of any kind.
Scope of practice for facial aesthetics varies by state, license type, procedure, training, insurance coverage, and board interpretation. You are solely responsible for verifying what your license permits with your own state board and your own qualified legal counsel before performing any procedure. Nothing in the Services is a representation that any procedure is within your scope of practice.
Any examples, case studies, or stories shared through the Services — including Dr. Brooke Mensah's own experience — reflect individual circumstances and are not a typical or promised result. Your outcomes depend on factors we do not control, including your license, your state's regulations, your training, your market, and your own effort. We make no guarantees of any particular business, clinical, or financial outcome.
The Services are intended for adults 18 years or older and are designed for licensed dental professionals and practice owners. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide at registration or checkout is accurate.
Some parts of the Services are free and some require payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not collect or store your full payment card details. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information for any purchase.
Refund terms for any paid offer are stated on the checkout page for that offer at the time of purchase, and those terms control. Questions about a purchase can be sent to [email protected].
All content in the Services — including trainings, videos, documents, frameworks, templates, and branding — is owned by Premium Practice or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your registration or purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own practice. You may not record, copy, share, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Testimonials that appear in the Services reflect the real experiences of the individuals who provided them. They are individual results and are not claimed to be typical.
The Services rely on third-party platforms — such as video conferencing, payment checkout, and community platforms — that have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Practice and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including lost profits, lost revenue, or professional discipline. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Practice from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your performance of any clinical procedure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, including sharing paid materials or event access. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas , without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
